Our Carrier	TerryWhite Chemmart use Australia Post / Courier company for all deliveries. All parcels will be delivered to the address provided at checkout and will require a signature on receipt. Due to safety issues the the parcel cannot be left unattended so you should provide a work address for delivery if no one will be home during business hours during the day. In the event no one is home to sign for the parcel, an attempted delivery card will be left detailing the nearest Australia Post / Courier company outlet where the parcel can be collected. For privacy and security reasons, the parcel is delivered in a plain, unmarked box.
How long will my order take to get to me?	Australia Post / Courier company aims to deliver within 10 business days Monday to Friday* (*excludes public holidays). Once the parcel has been posted, we’ll have no control over the speed of delivery and cannot be liable for any loses due to delay in delivery provided by third party.
Free Delivery	TerryWhite Chemmart offers Free Delivery when you spend over $99 in any single online transaction. If your order qualifies, this discount will be shown under the postage section on your shopping basket and checkout pages. All goods will be dispatched via Fast Track via regular domestic registered postage up to 5kg (subject to size and weight restrictions). If your total transaction is less than $99 and less than 5kg, a delivery fee of $7.95 will be charged. NOTE - Free delivery cannot be applied to baby formula for quantities of 3 tins or more.
Deliveries not received and collected	Tracking number will be provided to trace your order through Australia Post / Courier company website. If the recipient is not present upon delivery of the goods, a collect card will be left at the premises by Australia Post / Courier company, arranging pick-up at their nearest Australia Post / Courier companyoutlet. If goods are not collected at the customer’s local Australia Post / Courier company within the timeframe indicated, TerryWhite Chemmart will receive these goods back. We reserve the right to charge uncollected parcel penalty fees imposed by Aust Post / Courier company for any parcel returned to us due to your failure to collect the parcel. If the customer still wishes to receive these goods after they’ve been returned to TerryWhite Chemmart, the customer will need to pay for 2^nd delivery at FULL COST with no subsidy possible for items uncollected and returned back to TerryWhite Chemmart.
